Weeks ago, the United States Supreme Court ruled against the COVID vaccine mandate that Biden unilaterally attempted to put in place for large companies.
Had Republicans and various organizations not sued this president over the mandate, any business with 100+ employees would have to require vaccinations or weekly COVID tests as employment conditions.
Biden’s mandate would have been enforced by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Businesses that opted to disregard this mandate also would have faced fines to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars.
Thankfully, America managed to evade a serious bullet in this regard. On Tuesday, the White House finally rolled back the authoritarian, Orwellian mandate they would have forced upon the nation, barring SCOTUS invention, per Fox Business.
Tyranny Gets Sent to the Trash Bin
In a nutshell, the verdict from the Supreme Court left the Biden administration with no choice but to roll back the mandate. The withdrawal is set to officially go into effect beginning today.
This was Biden’s largest vaccination decree to date and the loss comes as a major blow to his administration.
The news of the mandate’s withdrawal likewise arrives on the heels of a federal judge slapping a stay on another Biden vaccine mandate, this one pertaining to federal workers.
OSHA doesn't deserve praise for finally withdrawing its employer mandate; they did it because of a court order.
The bigger problem is that there are people in DC who thought this unconstitutional power grab was a good idea, and these people still have jobs.

After failing to federalize tyranny, Biden has urged various businesses to voluntarily implement vaccine mandates for workers.
However, following the ruling of the Supreme Court, big businesses like Starbucks, General Electric, and others scrapped the vaccine mandate they originally planned to implement.
Uprisings Against Mandates
This past weekend, tens of thousands of US citizens gathered in the nation’s capital to rally against COVID mandates.
People expressed their grievances with folks being booted out of jobs, denied service by businesses, and otherwise treated as second-class citizens for not having the COVID vaccine.
OSHA mandate – BLOCKED
Federal contractors – BLOCKED
Federal workers – BLOCKED
And today, I’m filing what will block the mandate for the U.S. military@JoeBiden, 🖕🏼 you traitor

In the eyes of countless Americans, enough is enough. This push for mandates comes in spite of the fact that getting vaccinated does absolutely nothing to halt infection or even transmission.
The narrative around COVID has now become a series of neverending mandates that leftist leaders seem all too eager to implement.
The OSHA mandate wasn’t legal, as Republicans warned and stated from the jump. Its defeat in the Supreme Court is a win for the nation at large; however, there are still many COVID mandates at state and local levels which are hurting the lives of Americans.
What do you think about the Biden administration walking back its OSHA vaccine mandate after losing in the Supreme Court? Do you think 2022 will be the year that COVID mandates are defeated once and for all?
