Yesterday, Joe Biden announced that businesses across the nation must mandate the COVID vaccine for their workers or implement weekly testing. The president declared that patience with the 80 million Americans who haven’t gotten the COVID vaccine is wearing “thin.”
This point arrived as Biden continued with rhetoric coming straight from the playbook of a dictator. According to this president, if Republican governors don’t bow down and kiss the ring, Biden will use his power as president to get them out of the way.
Many Republican leaders, conservative governors, and the Republican National Committee itself are vowing to fight back against the president.
As Breitbart News notes, the RNC will sue Biden the moment his COVID vaccine mandate goes into effect. Likewise, multiple Republican governors indicated they will sue the Biden administration to prevent his mandate from impacting small businesses in their states.
Multiple Lawsuits on the Horizon
The GOP maintains that Biden’s COVID vaccine mandate and weaponization of OSHA as a means of enforcement is illegal and unconstitutional. Yesterday, Ronna McDaniel, the chairwoman of the RNC, explained that once Biden’s mandate goes into practice, the RNC will sue accordingly.
The RNC is far from alone in this. Multiple Republican governors in states like Oklahoma, Georgia, Texas, Florida, South Dakota, and more have announced their plans to sue this president and his administration.
The RNC is fighting for small businesses and the freedoms of all Americans.

Like the GOP, Republican governors maintain that Biden does not have the lawful or constitutional authority to force vaccines on millions of Americans. GOP governors are therefore committed to ensuring that Biden’s COVID vaccine mandate is not forced upon businesses in their states.
It’s also worth noting that when Biden campaigned to be president, he declared that he wouldn’t make COVID vaccines mandatory. This, of course, proved to be yet another lie from a Democrat simply seeking power.
Another Civil War in America?
Some Americans are of the view that the country is approaching yet another Civil War. As the temperature increases and as the left pushes for widespread mandates on people’s lives, conflict continues to mount.
At some point, something has to give; otherwise, America could very well be looking at another Civil War. Right now, there is a divide in this nation between people who want to make their own choices and people who believe their choices must be forced onto others.

This is not sustainable and such radically different notions are inherently at odds. Only one can ultimately prevail. Time will ultimately tell how this shakes out and whether or not the Biden administration leads to another Civil War in America.
