(WatchDogNews.org) – Throughout President Donald Trump’s presidency, the Democratic Party has whined about him being mean to the press while they treat him like garbage. The Left claims journalists are very important to them. Well, that’s true except when they disagree with the reporter, as is the case with Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) and journalist David Daleiden.
Daleiden is a journalist who focuses on ending abortions. He founded the Center for Medical Progress (CMP), the group that filmed Planned Parenthood employees talking about the sale of fetal tissue, in 2015.
The journalist filed a lawsuit against Sen. Harris for allegedly violating his civil rights by getting involved in his prosecution under an obscure California law.

According to the lawsuit, Harris met with witnesses and Planned Parenthood executives two weeks before Daleiden’s house was raided by the police. He’s the first journalist to be criminally prosecuted under the state of California’s eavesdropping law.
Why was Harris involved in a state case, to begin with? It’s entirely possible it was influenced by her involvement. It’s hard to ignore a US senator when they start poking around. The lawsuit also names Planned Parenthood and California Attorney General Xavier Becerra.
