(WatchDogNews.org) – Over the last several days, rioters have taken over peaceful protests. Demonstrations began after George Floyd, a black man, was killed by a white police officer in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on May 25. Of course, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is insinuating President Donald Trump is to blame.
On May 31, Pelosi spoke with ABC’s “This Week” about the riots. The speaker said the president shouldn’t “fuel the flame” by tweeting his takes on the situation. Apparently, she believes that President Trump is wrong when he lets violent criminals know there will be consequences for their actions. The Democratic congresswoman believes that means he isn’t a “unifying force” like his predecessors.
“I’m not paying too much attention to what the president says,” Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Trump tweets.
“I think to take his bait time and time again is just a gift to him because he always wants to divert attention from what the cause of the response was.” https://t.co/sVerbxGgdM pic.twitter.com/i6302lt9Yd

Maybe Pelosi didn’t see what was happening on the streets. What does she expect? The president to go out and hug criminals and say “attaboy” as they light businesses on fire?
No, sometimes lawbreakers need to know their nonsense isn’t going to be tolerated; that’s what President Trump is saying. Pelosi needs to spend less time giving interviews and more time fixing her own state.
