(WatchDogNews.org) – The war on drugs seems to have no end. It has waged on for decades through multiple presidencies and across our borders into Mexico, South America, and beyond. Massive cartels have spread their poison through our land and corrupted our citizens.
That may be about to change thanks to President Trump. On February 9, 2017, the POTUS signed Executive Order 13773 which outlined a battle plan to “identify, interdict, disrupt and dismantle transnational criminal organizations.” The Justice Department designated Cártel de Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG), one of the most dangerous cartels in Mexico, as a top target.
Led by Nemesio Ruben Oseguera Cervantes, aka “El Mencho,” the cartel is famous for using extreme violence. They go so far as to hang rivals from overpasses in Mexico. It is believed their assets are worth over $20 billion, which was built up from their drug sales of cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin, and fentanyl.
#FugitiveFriday: Have you seen Nemesio Ruben Oseguera Cervantes, aka "El Mencho?" He is the undisputed leader of the CJNG Cartel and a DEA target. There is a $10 million reward for info leading to his arrest. https://t.co/dIl27RmMQr pic.twitter.com/HF1FuVvxTs

On Wednesday, the Justice Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) announced the successful outcome of Project Python, a six-month operation aimed at crippling CJNG. Over 750 arrests, 350 indictments, and massive seizures of money, illegal narcotics, and weapon stashes all stemmed from the operation.
“#ProjectPython marks the single largest strike by U.S. authorities against the Cártel Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG), and this is just the beginning,” said Acting Administrator Dhillon. @TheJusticeDept

Are you tired of the Trump Administration winning yet? Neither are we. With such a stunning victory, one has to wonder how the Liberal Left will spin this to try and make our President look bad. Will they take to Twitter and apologize for CJNG as they did to Iran after General Qasem Soleimani was killed? It wouldn’t surprise any of us if they do.
